The resort comprises of 207 apartments with one, two, or three bedrooms and range in size from 44² metres to 133² metres. Built into the coastal hillside among impressive cypress trees the properties have pan tiled roofs and pastel colored painted walls. Internally they have a contemporary style that offers modern amenities such as fully-fitted open-plan kitchen and dining areas with modern appliances and living areas with solid oak flooring, comfortable furnishings and a 32” LCD television. The spacious ensuite bathrooms have heated floors, power showers and full-length baths and the bedrooms have generous wardrobe space. Each residence has its own sun-facing balcony or terrace offering views of the resort and the Elafiti Islands across the Adriatic Sea

Boat Transfer Dock
The Resort has a boat transfer dock for visiting boats and a collection point for day trips to the neighboring islands. The Resort also has a shuttle boat that transfers guests to/from the Old Town of Dubrovnik in approximately 30 minutes.

Grounds
Set in beautiful mature gardens with attractive pathways, finished with cream coloured stone. The resort is planted with olive, pine, and citrus trees, and oleander bushes giving wonderful scented areas.

Pools
The three large outdoor swimming pools are surrounded by extensive terraces decked with loungers and umbrellas and offer superb views across the sea to the Elafiti Islands. Two of the pools are dedicated to family use one having a safe and secure Children’s Pool and the third is quieter with a more relaxed environment designated as a ‘quiet area’.
All pools have bars and the one has an outside grill restaurant.

Dining
The resort has a variety of restaurants and bars offering a range of cuisine and extensive buffets to snacks and pizzas. The 5 star hotel has two distinctive restaurants, both of which have outdoor seating areas with views across the resort gardens to the sea.
The Market Place is a collection of chic restaurants lining the coastal walk at the base of the Residences village and has wonderful views of the resort gardens or sea views towards the Elafiti Islands. The restaurants offer a variety of food from fresh, locally sourced fish and quality meat to pizza or pasta or simply sit back and enjoy a cold beer and enjoy the views.

Shopping
At the centre of the resort is the shopping area, as well as boutiques selling local artefacts, designer clothing, and gifts, there is a hairdressing salon, a mini-supermarket, and a guest information centre. The centre will advise on what to see in and around Dubrovnik or further afield, and how best to get there.

Conference Centre

Sports & Fitness
The extensive sports and fitness facilities include an indoor centre offering squash, table tennis, wall climbing, badminton, aerobics and yoga, a well-equipped gym, pool tables, and a sports bar with the capacity to show televised events. Outside are three floodlit clay tennis courts, a volleyball court, and a floodlit five-a-side football pitch.

Children’s Facilities

The Kids Club includes The Toddlers Club and nursery, situated in the Sports Centre, designed for children 3-5 years of age.
The Club offers nursery facilities, play equipment and mini climbing wall. Supervision is given by fully qualified child care staff.
The Kids Club also includes The Juniors Club, with designed programs for children 6-12 years of age.
Finally The Lounge is a club for teens –the “cool place to hang out” for our guests that are over the age of 13 and it is equipped with various games and consoles.

Dubrovnik Area Information

Situated on the Adriatic Sea in the south of Croatia the beautiful city of Dubrovnik is known for its distinctive Old Town which is encircled with impressive stone walls completed in the 16th century. Amongst its stunning architecture it boasts spectacular buildings, churches, monasteries and museums including the baroque St. Blaise Church to the Renaissance Sponza Palace and Gothic Rector’s Palace, now a history museum. The pedestrianised old city is lined with shops and restaurants and has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979.

Steeped in history there are many local places of interest to visit including the pretty town of Cavtat and the Konavle valley. The neighboring towns of Kotor and Perast in Montenegro or Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina are well worth visiting.
Just off the Dubrovnik coast there are several beautiful islands including the nature reserve of Lokrum, and the three (Elafiti) Isles. Here you can enjoy sandy beaches, secluded bays and medieval villages. The islands can be reached by scheduled boat trips or ferries from Dubrovnik.

There are many attractions in Dubrovnik throughout the year that attract locals and tourists alike. Festivals include the Wine and Jazz Festival in May, the Film Festival in June and the Summer Festival of music and performing arts in mid-July.
St Blaise’s Day, Dubrovnik’s patron saint, is celebrated on 3rd February with a week of events, including parades and music and dance festivals.

The Dalmatian climate is typically Mediterranean. The summer months of June to September can be very hot and dry with average temperatures of 20º to 28º. Winters are mild with average temperatures of 5º to 10º with the heaviest rainfall generally occurring between October and December.

Dubrovnik International Airport is located about 20km to the south of the city which has recently been expanded to accommodate the growing number of visitors to the area. The flying time from London is around two and a half hours, and Dubrovnik airport is now served directly by eleven airports in the UK and more than fifty in Europe. The direct flights are currently fairly seasonal, with the majority operating from spring to autumn. Ferries connect Dubrovnik to Italy and other areas of Croatia.
